I have been to Goa many times but one thing I have not done for sometime is visiting Best Casino in Goa. Yes, It has been sometime since I went for such experience in Goa. Goa is like Las Vegas of India, there is so much to do in terms of entertainment, party, events and visiting Casino. It is only state in India where casino’s are allowed.
There are couple of casino hotels and ship in Goa, I had some of the best memories with one of them. In this blog, I am going to share my experience of Best Casino in Goa.
Starting with Casino Ships in Goa, I experience not one, but two casino ships – Deltin Jaqk and Deltin Royale. I will share my experience of both the casino ships in the detail for you to plan your trip and make the most out of it.
Deltin Jaqk
First and Foremost Casino Ship in India, Deltin Jaqk is docked on Mandovi River and casino is open 24×7. However, most fun is when you go in the evening and Live Music and Shows entertain you while you eat and swipe on your drink. Deltin Jaqk has 4 level with underground level as well. Underground Level is for Poker and Teen Patti Game. Level 1 is Ground Level where there is main entrance, reception and VIP Gaming Room is there.
Level 2 is the main Gaming room where everyone is allowed. It has all the card tables like BlackJack, Roulette and many other casino games. All this games has minimum bet of Rs. 500. For those looking at limited bet, then head over to slot machine for low risk gaming. In slot machines, you can play with minimum bet of Rs. 1.
Level 3 is the main restaurant where buffet is laid out along with bar for drinks. It also has stage for live entertainment and performances. It starts at around 9 pm and goes on till 11 pm. The performances are mixture of live band and some dance performances as well.
Level 4 is rooftop and sky bar. It has nice seating for you to enjoy the cool breeze of Goa and enjoy drinks with some snacks before you decide to head down for gaming or more food.
Deltin Jaqk is very affordable and first ship in Goa. The ship is very well maintained and staff is very courteous. The entry ticket to the Deltin Jaqk includes food and drink. If you are lucky, then you can cover all your expense at the gaming floor!
Deltin Royale
Compare to Deltin Jaqk, Deltin Royale is much bigger and better casino ship in Goa. Deltin Royale is Asia’s largest floating casino. It has in total 5 levels. From the first look itself, Deltin Royale looks fine ship!
Level 1 in Deltin Royale is Gaming Room open for every visitor. They have two separate room on Level 1. One side is vast casino space with many tables of Blackjack, Roulette and other table games. They also have slot machines as well. On the other side, we have poker and Teen patti tables. The minimum bet in Deltin Royale on card games is Rs. 500 and on slot machine, starting is Rs. 1.
Level 2 Vegas Restaurant and Whiskey Room. Vegas Restaurant serves buffet with live entertainment. The options in buffet are many and it also offers chat booth which starts before buffet. Along with food, there is open bar for people to enjoy drinks as per the package they have taken. Vegas is open for everyone. Only Deltin Members are allowed in Whiskey Room.
Level 3 in Deltin Royale is another gaming floor where other card tables plus Teen Patti table are there. Compare to other casino ship, Deltin Royale has more gaming floors and more table to accommodate many people. Level 4 is VIP Gaming Floor only for Deltin Members.
Level 4 is rooftop and skybar. Here, along with drinks and snack, stage is also there where live performance take place. Enjoy a drink with your friends and watch live band performing or you might get to see dance performed by international dancers. Live Entertainment in Deltin Royale starts at 9 pm and goes on till 1 am.
I was very impressed with Deltin Royale, it is indeed big ship with many levels and endless options of fun and entertainment. You will not realise how soon the time can pass and you will end up enjoying more and more! It is worth the entry cost and definitely deserve the Best Casino Ship in Goa Title!
Deltin Suites
Apart from the visit to casino ship, I stayed in Deltin Suite, which is their 5-star casino resort near Candolim beach. Best part to stay in the resort is that you get free transfer from resort to jetty point of Deltin Jaqk and Deltin Royale throughout the day at anytime!
There are approximately 100 rooms in Deltin Suite with same room size, offering living space with balcony facing either pool side or city side. They also have 2 restaurants – All Day Dining and second one, Goan Speciality Restaurant. The staff is very helpful and right outside the resort, you can also hire car/bike for your daily commute.
Apart from spacious room, Deltin Suites has their own casino inside the resort as well. Compare to ship, it is smaller but they have all the gaming tables. The bet is lower at Rs. 200. It is best option to practise your game at the resort before trying hands at the casino ship. Location-wise, resort is located in the middle between North Goa and South Goa offering easy access to any parts of Goa.
Stay at Deltin Suites at the price they offer and services they provide, it best option available! Must stay if you planning to enjoy both sides of Goa and are looking for best entertainment options in Goa.
