Restaurant: Out of the Blue, Bandra

Bandra is like a hub of restaurants and cafe’s and standing out in such a cluttered Market is a task. Le sutra, an art hotel has started with their own restaurant chain name ‘Out of the Blue’. The first one is in Bandra and their second brand is in Powai.

Located near Carter road, Out of the blue’s decor depicts the decor of an art gallery. Non air conditioned and air conditioned sitting gives guest a chance to enjoy a nice cozy place. In air condition section, there is a area for live performances which you can hear when you sit in non air-condition section. Menu contains Pasta, sizzler and variety of Fondues. Starters were pretty good served with Mayonnaise. We ordered 3 cheese fondue which was really good. Taste of cheese was delicious. Next time when I visited, I tried Desi fondue which was fondue with Indian spices. Foreigner may like this fondue but for Desi people, this might not be the right fondue.

Moving towards my favourite section, Desserts, we went for Belgium Chocolate Cake. Trust me! It was mouth watering. Perfect bitterness of dark chocolate mixed with classic vanilla makes it scrumptious and rich. Another dessert was Mars Haven, one word, Divine! Vanilla ice cream, a cold sensation mixed with smooth chocolate mousse, is a pleasure for your palate.

This place rank amongst a good place to visit specially when they have some nice live performances or when you want to have fondue, you know where to go!
